A 0121 number gives a Birmingham business a local face, without a landline or an office.

0121 is Birmingham's code and reaches into Solihull and the neighbouring Black Country towns. Numbers look like 0121 496 0123.
0121 replaced Birmingham's old 021 code on PhONEday, 16 April 1995. Local numbers after 0121 are seven digits.
Phone exchange areas don't follow council boundaries exactly, so a few places near the edges use a different code.
Lessons mean the phone can't be answered for an hour at a time. The 0121 number rings the instructor's mobile with call screening, so a business call is never mistaken for a personal one. During lesson hours it goes straight to a greeting that says when they'll call back.
Every number, including your 0121 one, comes with unlimited forwarding, ring groups, a call menu, opening hours, call screening and voicemail to email for £7.50 a month. See every feature.
No. 0121 is an ordinary UK geographic number, so callers pay the same as for any other landline call, and most UK mobile and landline plans include those calls.
